EXCHANGE:
- Any incorrect order from CLICHEZ’S online store can be exchanged, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.
- For products on Sale we do not offer refund once purchased unless we deliver an incorrect order from CICHEZ.
- Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a Coupon of the same value, which can be used immediately or in the future depending on the validity of the Coupon.
- Exchange Policy applies if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item.
- Exchanges will only be entertained if the items returned to us are unworn and in original condition with tags.
- CLICHEZ does not provide refund for custom orders.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
CLICHEZ does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you. In that scenario, please contact customer care by emailing contact@clichez.com. Please provide your full name and order number. Once we receive the email, a member of our team will be in touch.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
CLICHEZ has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
